I am Tennille and after recently retiring, I am now seeking a meaningful position helping support families in a nanny or family manager role. I offer a calm, dependable, organized, and safety-focused presence in the home. I have reliable transportation, a strong professional background, and a flexible schedule. I am positive, nurturing and caring. I believe in letting kids be themselves and in providing an environment they can thrive in. I'm looking for a long-term position with a family where I can provide dependable, trustworthy, and compassionate support. I enjoy helping create a calm, organized, and positive home environment while supporting children's daily routines, activities, and development. I have 4 kids of my own, 5 grandsons and have enjoyed serving in my church's daycare/preschool over the years. Being a grandma is the greatest joy of my life and I adore being around children. My skills include building trust, maintaining a safe environment and nurturing.
