About Tenaya

I am an attentive, caring, hardworking, patient, tons of fun, and deeply loving person. I love being with children and have never gotten tired of it during my 3 years of professional nannying experience with 5 kids between the ages of 7 years old to 2 months old. I am not assertive over children unless I need to be. I will support parents in teaching their children proper expectations that they should live by, but I do not act as a leadership figure to them at all times, but rather a loving role model and friend. Children tend to love me because they don't fear me or feel pressure when around me, but they also know I cannot be walked all over. I am a very observant which allows me to notice needs of children and parents that they don't always say out loud. I am more than happy to do any household maintenance or run errands, etc. Anything you need! I also have experience working with special needs children! With me your children will be loved, taught, protected, and nurtured.
