Telma is an amazing caregiver and you would be lucky to have her. Snatch her up if you get the chance! Telma has been with us for two years and has cared for our two year old and one year old with grace, energy and compassion. She started with us when our two year old was 3 months old and has cared for our second son since birth. My two year old now knows his numbers and the alphabet and understands and can communicate in Portuguese and English. Not everyone is capable of handling two kids this young and this close in age. Believe me, I tried to find a weekend sitter (Telma worked for our family 50 hours during the week) and couldn't find anyone that even came close to Telma's energy and capability. One of the mom's in our neighborhood said she would have another child just so she could have Telma as a nanny. The only reason we gave Telma up was because we moved to another State and couldn't convince her and her husband to move with us :-)
