With 15 years of experience as a Certified Nursing Assistant and Certified Home Health Aid, I bring a calm and patient approach to care. I'm passionate about supporting the well-being and independence of adults and seniors. I provide transportation, run errands, assist with light housekeeping, and prepare meals. I understand the importance of adapting to changing routines, de-escalating stressful situations, and handling confusion with compassion. I communicate with families through daily reports, verbal updates, and regular texts or calls. Building a connection with your loved one by understanding their preferences and history is important to me. I'm also CPR trained.
