After 3 shifts she called in sick. She did not show up the next shift and did not even text to say she was not showing up. When I asked her if she was quitting she said no, but was sick. We talked about better communication. She then worked 3 more shifts and then called in sick the next shift. She then confirmed she was good for her next 3 shifts but texted to say the hours were not working for her 20 minutes before her shift was about to start. Very unreliable and bad communicator.
