About Teddie

Hello, my name is Teresa. I am a compassionate and dependable companion caregiver with 8 years of hands-on experience supporting adults with diverse needs. I have worked with elderly men and women, dementia patients, stroke survivors, adults with autism, and individuals with both mental and physical disabilities. I provide non-medical support such as companionship, conversation, emotional support, light housekeeping, meal preparation, errands, and assistance with daily routines. I am patient, attentive, and respectful of each individual's dignity and independence. I am currently pursuing a Psychology degree at Southern New Hampshire University, which has strengthened my understanding of human behavior, emotional needs, and effective communication.
