Making a difference in people's lives is what drives me. With 16 years of experience providing care, I'm passionate about supporting the well-being and independence of adults and seniors. In previous roles, I've gained valuable experience offering respite care, live-in home care, transportation, hospice services, meal preparation, dementia, and medical management support. I am comfortable with pets and have my own car. My approach is patient, compassionate, and friendly. I adapt to changing routines, de-escalate stressful situations, and incorporate memory care activities. Respecting a client's independence is important to me. I provide verbal updates, text, or phone calls and always follow the family's preferred communication method. I am CPR and First Aid certified.
