I love working with children because they are full of joy and curiosity, say the funniest things, and remind me to engage my childlike side. I started babysitting when I was in high school. That is also when I started volunteering in kids classes at church. Then, I worked 2 years as my church's Children's Coordinator, and another subsequent 2 years as one of Children's Directors. I am leaving the position at the end of Aug 2025 because my husband and I want to explore other churches. But it pains me to leave these kiddos! They never fail to make me smile and laugh. I also love being able to pour into the next generation and show them how valuable they are. So, as I finish up one job caring for kids, I would like to start a new one. And I'm so excited about it!
