Caring for others, especially our elders, has always been close to my heart. I completed my CNA training in high school, with all my clinical experience focused in elder care. Outside of that, I also spent time volunteering in nursing homes throughout my community. Throughout this time I've been able to foster many skills being patience, calm under pressure, compassionate, and communicative. Having had a grandfather with dementia, I understand how challenging (and deeply personal) that care can be. I approach every interaction with empathy, respect, and a calm presence.
