Hi, thanks for looking at my profile. I am a licensed and bonded cleaner. I clean in various areas and travel for cleanings, and vacation homes. I also have regular residential cleaning customers in between! I provide for many residents in Citrus County Florida and the surrounding areas. I started this business and love everything I do! I also include add on services such as house sitting and pet care or childcare if needed with my other certifications.

Taysia is professional and courteous. She cleans very well and thorough job and she didn't mind doing extras when asked

Taysia is great, a good friend to everyone who knows her and super good in her work. 

I spoke to Taysia on the phone a week ago last monday where I explained to her in detail the help that I was looking for in my home.  She agreed that she offered the services I was looking for. She quoted an hourly price and booked me for the next Monday. At the time of booking she said the hourly price included her and 2 employees that she brings with her. A few days later she texted me that It will be just her and 1 employee, and I was fine with that.  On the day she was suppose to come, she texted me 2 hours before her arrival she texted me that It will just be her coming,  but the hourly rate would be the same, and also that she does not want to provide all the services we spoke about, that she only wanted to do regular cleaning.  The other services was organizing. I was looking for Home organization along with cleaning. She said she offered that and booked me for it, and waited a whole week to let me know 2 hours before the appointment that she did not want to do that part of the service. I spent my time and energy getting my home ready for them to come for a whole day organizing and cleaning. I also turned down other cleaners that wanted the job that I could have booked instead. She also told me that she was "losing" money for the hourly price that she herself quoted, because I had too much work to do *with the organizing.  It doesn't male sense because I was paying hourly, and I told her I did not expect the work to be rushed, or finished in one day. More hours means more money when being payed hourly. So I don't know what the real reason for her saying that was. I didn't even tell her an hourly price I would pay, I let her decide her hourly price and that's what she came up with. So now here I am thinking that my house was going to be organized and cleaned and didn't find out until the morning of that it was not and when I contacted the other housekeepers to come they were already booked this week.

Taysia is currently doing a nanny share three days a week in my home with my daughter (11 months) and another infant (8.5 month), while I work from home. It took me a while to find the right nanny. I wasn't looking for just a babysitter-I wanted a genuine nanny and caretaker. The first thing that impressed me about Taysia was that she mentioned lesson plans she could put together for the girls. Taysia does multiple sensory activities with the babies, art projects, bubbles, reading, play time, music time, etc. I also love that Taysia talks to the babies a lot throughout the day-just like I would. Taysia will check the other boxes you're looking for as well, such as professional experience, good communication, sensitivity to COVID concerns, timeliness, etc. But what really sets Taysia apart are those intangibles that we all hope for in someone who cares for our child while we're away-she is warm, maternal, caring, communicative, conscientious, self-aware, responsible and truly passionate

Taysia helped me with cleaning my home on several occasions! She is reliable and can house sit and be trusted. I also had Taysia help me give my 5 large dogs flea treatment medicine while they are growing as puppies. I am older and she is very helpful.

Taysia helped my family, I had help with remembering how to operate my computer and phone. She is great with collecting eggs off my farm, mowing and feeding my animals. I have a pool that she also helped me clean when it's needs to be vacuumed. She is a hard worker and I appreciate the help that I can not do at times by myself.
