I'm passionate about supporting families, and my 10 years of experience as a childcare provider have given me the skills to provide a safe and nurturing environment for children of various age groups. My friendly and approachable nature helps me build strong relationships with the children in my care and their parents. When it comes to communicating about a child's day or any issues, I adapt to the parents' preferred method of communication to ensure transparency and trust. I'm confident in enforcing household rules to maintain a structured and disciplined environment for the children. For fun, we enjoy playing a variety of games together, including educational games that promote learning and development. My background includes some college education, and I'm fluent in both English and Portuguese. I'm comfortable caring for up to 4 children at a time. I have a car, so transportation isn't a problem, and I'm also comfortable being around pets.
