Tayna was an amazing nanny for our 2yo girl and 6yo boy. Her fun and caring personality fit in so well with our children, and overall family dynamic in general. She acclimated to our somewhat abnormal schedule, and was always willing to take on extra hours for extenuating circumstances, which was a huge help for us regularly! When transitioning to a new provider she helped facilitate a well structured handover and training process, and even built a bi-lingual reference packet for our new nanny to utilize in times of need. She remains in contact for any support or questions that come up. We are so grateful that we found Tay, and would absolutely recommend her to any family looking for a new nanny!
