About Tayloy

Hi! I'm Taylor, a full time nanny with 5 years of childcare experience, including caring for a baby boy full time from infancy through 18 months, plus years of regularly watching nieces and nephews. I know how to grow and adapt with a child through different stages, and I genuinely love this work. My approach is lots of focused, interactive play. Outdoor time, nature walks, hands on activities (yes, the messy kind), reading, etc. I believe kids rise to the level of respect you give them, so I listen to them and treat them like people, not just someone to manage. Outside of nannying, you'll find me on a neighborhood walk, curled up with a book in my hammock, or journaling on the porch with a cup of coffee. If your family needs it, I also offer assistance with the everyday tasks it takes to keep a house running. Laundry, dishes, cleaning, meal prep- let's talk! Available full time, weekdays.
