Making a difference in the lives of adults and seniors is truly important to me. With two years of experience, I provide respite care, transportation, and personal care. I also assist with light housekeeping, meal preparation, and mobility. I hold a college degree in Exercise Science and am certified in CPR and First Aid. I'm skilled in de-escalating stressful situations and incorporating memory care activities. I am patient, compassionate, and detail-oriented. I respect a care recipient's independence and follow the family's preferred communication method. I have a truck and am comfortable with any and all pets, including livestock, as I have horses and dogs of my own.
