About Taylor

Taylor was our nanny for over a year, and I truly cannot recommend her highly enough. She is consistently on time (usually early), dependable, organized, and incredibly efficient. Beyond her reliability, Taylor is one of the most genuine, patient, and caring people I have met, and it is obvious that working with children is more than just a job to her. She takes the time to learn each child’s unique personality, needs, and developmental stage, then thoughtfully helps them grow and reach important milestones. She helped potty train our daughter in just two weeks. Before she turned two, Taylor had worked with her on drawing, learning her ABCs, identifying colors, counting to 20, and building confidence in the pool. She makes learning fun through creative crafts, painting, and engaging activities that the children genuinely enjoy. Taylor has an incredible ability to manage multiple children while ensuring each one receives individualized attention. I’ve personally watched her care for a 4-month-old, 10-month-old, and 18-month-old at the same time, successfully getting all three down for naps on schedule while still finding time to clean up, wash bottles, and stay on top of everything else that needed to be done. She follows each family’s routines and parenting preferences with great care while making every child feel seen and valued. One of the things I appreciated most was her attentiveness and instincts. She is always aware of her surroundings, especially in public, and is naturally protective of the children in her care. I always felt completely at ease knowing my daughter was with her. Over the past year, Taylor has become like family to us while always maintaining a professional relationship. She is trustworthy, compassionate, knowledgeable, and truly exceptional with children of all ages. I trust her completely with my daughter, and I would recommend her without hesitation to any family looking for an outstanding nanny.
