Greetings to all families and potential clients! I am a residential housekeeper and in home(traveling) nanny. If you're looking for a housekeeper, house manager or nanny; I AM YOUR GAL! I truly have a passion to serve and help make others' lives easier. I am flexible and have worked with many different people of all kinds of backgrounds. I am CPR/first aid/AED certified. I have my own FBI/BCI background checks. I have almost 10 years of experience and a plethora of references. My only requirement is that we speak via FaceTime, Zoom or even in an in-person interview (prior to service) to ensure I am a right fit for your needs and to ensure my safety. I recently moved and am looking to boost my clientele. My normal rate is $25-$28 an hour, but for the months of January and February I am giving a discount for $20/hr services. Taylor set up a call and we discussed my needs on a Wednesday. She was very pleasant during our phone call. We agreed that she would come over at 9:30am on that Friday. She never showed up or notified me that she was not coming. I'm only writing this review because we were really counting on her assistance in preparation for an event on Saturday and her actions really set us back and effected our ability to be prepared on time. It would have been fine if she just would have told me she could not do the job so we could find someone else. It was very unprofessional.
