This is so disappointing to write because my kids absolutely adore Taylor, but holy cow she called in sick at least 30% of the time she worked for us. She then blamed us for getting her sick even though we didn't force her to participate in a clinical trial that made her sick or mess with her IUD, (both reasons she called in sick) and even though her boyfriend drives for a living and has strangers in their shared car all day. Additionally, she was late all the time, gave us zero notice when she quit (we were so desperate for it to work out we put up with this, we should've fired her) and went ahead and kept the Christmas bonus I gave her early to help pay for her trip to see her family even though she didn't even make it to Christmas as our nanny! When she quit, she said she didn't get enough hours, especially because we gave "her Wednesdays" to my SIL, which we did because she called in sick all the time!!
