Hello! I am a graduate of the College of Charleston and a native to the Charleston area. I have spent the last 10+ years working with over 100 families in the low country. I have held the role of ABA Therapist, Educator, Babysitter, Nanny and Friend. I professionally work as the Independent Living Skills Coordinator for a local non-profit where I teach an Independent Living Skills class to adults with Autism and varying other disabilities. I pride myself in my ability to connect to individuals of all ages and abilities and have worked with infants all the way to adults. I am active, and believe the best way to educate others is with hands on experience. This could look like trips to a local museum, the beach, a grocery store, or whatever enriching environment my client requires. When she arrived, she was immediately comfortable and confident in her ability to work with our son, who is 17 years old and on the spectrum.
