About Taylor

8+ years of experience has solidified my passion for nurturing children's growth and making a positive impact on their lives. I hold a Bachelor's Degree in Community Health from George Mason University, and have current BLS, First Aid, and CPR Training. I have experience working with children and individuals ages 2-24, and of all varying abilities, with most of my childcare experience working with special needs populations as a Registered Behavior Technician. My approach is patient, calm, creative, and friendly. I enjoy outdoor activities, crafts, puzzles, board games, and educational games with children. I am comfortable caring for up to three children and can assist with cooking, meal preparation, and light housekeeping. I always follow the parents' lead when enforcing household rules and communicate updates based on their preferred method. Supporting families by providing reliable care is important to me.
