About Taylor

Hi, my name is Taylor, and I am majoring in Elementary Education at MU. I've always been interested in teaching, coming from a family of educators, and I enjoy helping students understand subjects like math and reading. This past summer, I worked as an assistant coach for a swim team, working with children from about age 5 through middle school, which strengthened my confidence working with students of different ages and abilities. I am organized, attentive, and supportive. My goal is not only to help students practice the skills they need, but also to connect with them and make learning something they can look forward to--even when it comes to homework.
