About Taylor

*Searching for a family to join for daytime care or overnight newborn care!* Hi there! I'm Taylor, a 27-year-old nanny, wife, dog & cat mom, (+newborn photographer!) I have been in the role of a nanny for 8 years now, working in over 20 homes with ages ranging from newborn-10 years. My heart is with babies and toddlers, those early years of development and exploration. Newborn care and the postpartum season are a big part of my work in this role. Although I specialize in littles under 3, I have also worked with school-aged kiddos managing homework/projects and after school sports/activities. I typically take care of all kid laundry and dishes, as well as assisting in maintaining a tidy and functional home. I believe in gentle, respectful "discipline", reinforcing healthy boundaries, and encouraging independence in children. I focus a lot on play and limiting/avoiding screens.
