About Taylor

My name is Taylor. I'm 30 years old and have been caregiving for 7+ years. I began with watching both of my parents take care of their own parents and learned how rewarding but mentally and physically demanding that responsibility can be on family members. I then started working in an assisted living home where it became apparent to me that a lot of seniors were not receiving the care they needed and deserved. I then left and started working for an in home care company where after a year of working in field I was promoted to the position of Assessment Director (based off of the reviews from clients, families and fellow staff) in that position it was my responsibility to contact leads, meet with families to sign contracts, handle payments and make specific care plans for their loved ones! I now work privately as an in home caregiver that allows me to develop a close relationship with clients and families to ensure they receive the care that is not only needed but wanted.
