About Taylor

Hi! I'm Taylor, a medical student with a bachelor's degree in Biology and a master's degree in Medical Science. I am passionate about learning and helping students build confidence in their academic abilities. As a biology peer mentor during my undergraduate studies, I worked with students one-on-one and in group settings to review material, strengthen study skills, and prepare for exams. I have also worked with elementary-aged students and enjoy helping learners of all ages reach their goals. Also, I worked on a child development research study focused on how children learn, particularly in reading and mathematics. This experience reinforced the importance of adapting instruction to each student's unique learning style. My strongest subjects are math and science, but I'm also happy to assist with English, social sciences, study skills, and general academic support. My goal is to create a positive, encouraging environment where students can grow into confident, independent learners.
