About Taylor

Hi! I'm Taylor. A few things you should know about me are that I have 13 years of paid childcare experience. You should also know that I have a degree in psychology and a minor in social work, so I have taken many child psychology, child development, and child advocacy courses. I'd describe my personality as fun, caring, and helpful. I like working with kids because they are so joyful, sweet, curious, and creative. I'm looking for a job that brings me joy and allows me to serve families. I'm here for whatever they need! I started working with kids when I was 13. I started babysitting my parents' friend's younger children. In my spare time, I like to read and swim! I also love going on walks and watching some tv which would be for for the kiddos! One thing you should know about me is I love people well. I love building relationships with people and encouraging and listening to them. My skills include knowing how to communicate, play with, and de-escalate children.
