Rating: ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ From the moment Taylor walked through the door, she warm, professional, and clearly experienced. What we appreciated most was how proactive Taylor was. Instead of just putting on a movie, she came prepared with and kept our kids genuinely engaged the whole time. It was such a relief to come home and find the kids happy, the house tidy, and a detailed update on how the day went (including what they ate and when they fell asleep). Taylor is incredibly punctual, easy to communicate with, and—most importantly—someone our kids are already asking to see again.
