Taylor was so wonderful! Our little girl came down with a low-grade fever and couldn't attend daycare - we don't have family in the area, and needed someone the next day. Taylor responded to my message within minutes of me asking if she was interested, and was very easy to communicate with. Her hours were very flexible and she was willing to stay the full 10 hours, which is not easy to find! Taylor was on time, listened to my explanation of the baby's schedule, and was quick to introduce herself to the baby and talk to her. She kept me updated via text throughout the day on how the baby napped and ate, and even sent pictures of her playing and happy, which every mom loves :) When we got home that evening, the baby was so happy, fed and well rested - they had clearly had a good day! We were so fortunate to have the opportunity to hire Taylor on such short notice. We will hire her again, and highly recommend her to other families looking for someone dependable to keep their children!
