About Taylor

I started nannying & tutoring when I was 14 years old for a 4 and 7-year-old. I tutored numerous elementary students in all subjects and AP Spanish, science and mathematics for high-schoolers. I was a student teacher for a second grade class for a year and I have 8 nieces and nephews of my own ranging from 2 to 13 years old. For the last 2. 5 years I have been a full time caretaker for a darling little girl, I started watching her when she was just 3m old. I helped her family stay on schedule for feeding times, baby led weening for eating solid food & sleep and potty-training. My nanny baby has two older siblings (4 and 7 now) which I would care for on their days off from school; I typically did drop off and pickup for their school, ran errands, cleaned, ran doctors appointment and did lots of physical therapy for the youngest. I tend to lean towards gentle parenting; explaining actions and consequences so that children can learn from their mistakes. I find absolute joy in caretaking.
