About Taylor

Hi, I'm Taylor. I've been working in child care for almost two years now, and somewhere along the way I realized it's something I genuinely enjoy, not just a job. I love getting to know each kid's personality, what makes them laugh, what comforts them, and just being someone they feel safe and happy around. I'm a pretty calm and easygoing person, but I can also match kids' energy and keep things fun. I'm naturally patient and really try to be understanding, especially on those tougher days when kids just need a little extra support. I'm also big on communication and making sure everyone feels comfortable. I know how important it is to trust the person watching your kids, and I try to be someone you can rely on and feel at ease with. Overall, I'm just someone who enjoys being there for others, creating a positive environment, and building real connections with the families I work with.
