Taylor has been our full time nanny for our girls (5 and 1) for the past 5 years. I was a full time working mom, and Taylor has played a critical role in caring for our children, dog, and helping to manage our household. Taylor is great with our kids. She is creative with activities, completely trustworthy to drive our kids, and always goes above and beyond to help. She recognizes when something needs to get done in the house and takes the initiative to handle things with minimal direction. Taylor has become part of our family. I am transitioning out of the work place and we will miss having Taylor in our home everyday. We hope Taylor finds a wonderful family to work with in the future. She is absolutely the best.
