About Taylor

Hi families! My name is Taylor, and I'm a proud parent of two little ones (ages 3 and 1). Becoming a parent has given me a whole new level of patience, empathy, and understanding for what kids need to feel safe, supported, and loved. It's also helped me see firsthand how important structure, consistency, and fun are in a child's day-to-day life. I've been nannying off and on since I was 15, and I've always enjoyed caring for kids of all ages. For 7 years, I worked in a school and residential program at The Home for Little Wanderers with kids with severe behaviors. That experience taught me how to stay calm under pressure, problem-solve in tough situations, and build trust with kids who needed extra care and attention. Currently, I work with individuals with developmental disabilities, helping them grow more independent and confident. Between my professional background and my personal experience as a parent, I bring a balance of compassion, reliability, and strong childcare skills.
