About Taylor

I worked as a Pastry Chef for 2 years, but discovered that I wanted to go back to school for massage therapy. I play a few instruments, and enjoy the theater. Hiking, biking, swimming, drawing, meditation, and yoga are some of my interests. I'm a caring and generous person. My favorite thing about children is their uninhibited creativity and enthusiasm. I love crafting with and reading stories to them, as well as playing make believe and just about any game. I've had the opportunity to work with children who have special needs. I was an education intern at Portland Stage Company in 2015. There I learned a lot about teaching/learning/sharing space I've been a pet and house-sitter for just about as long as I have been caring for children. I enjoy animals.
