We had agreed to hire Taylor and her partner/roommate Aubrey C to work for us today, 10-19, on Monday the 14th. After agreeing, she responded to only 2 texts earlier in the week to set up a time to talk before they came over so we could cover needs and expectations. I haven't heard anything from them since Weds afternoon and they no showed/no called and didn't return any communication since Weds. We had to scramble last minute to find someone to help us out today. We're extremely disappointed and won't be reaching out to either of them again.
