About Taylor

My name is Taylor, and I have a strong passion for working with children. I currently work in an elementary school as an aide for special education students ages 4-7, where I help support their learning, growth, and daily needs in a caring and patient environment. I have been working with children since I was 12 years old through volunteer opportunities, and I began my first official aide position at 18 right after high school. These experiences have helped me build patience, responsibility, and the ability to create a safe and positive space for kids of all ages. I have reliable transportation, am CPR certified, and understand the importance of trust, communication, and keeping children safe while making sure they feel comfortable and cared for.
