Taylor left us in the lurch. She was hired on a part time schedule, working on Thurs and Fri every other week. Taylor came the 1st week and worked w/ no issues. We had no problems and everything was great from our point of view. 2 weeks later she was supposed to arrive and never did. We called, texted, left voicemails, and never heard from her. This is completely unacceptable and has caused us significant hardship. We don’t know why this happened and how someone could do that to a 4 month old.
