Not only did we hire an amazing Nanny when we found Taylor, we were blessed as she truly has become family to us. Taylor was our full time Nanny to our son from 3 - 22 months of age until I became a stay at home mom. Taylor is 150 percent in reliable and trustworthy. As a new mom, I feared that no one would care for our son the way I do. Taylor exceeded my expectations in every way and treats our son like her own. Taylor also took care of me more than she realizes as I was a struggling new mom trying to figure it out. She is so nurturing, patient, and extremely knowledgeable in all aspects of childcare. Our son's face lights up with pure joy when he is in her care. He has surpassed every milestone because of her attentiveness and true care for him to succeed. There is nothing more my husband and I could have asked from her and we have continued to be amazed at how much our son has excelled because of the level of care he has received. Any challenges we ever faced, such as leaps, sickness, etc. Taylor was right there with us always seeking a solution. I would never want to hire another Nanny, because she has set the bar so high.
