About Taylor

Hello! My name is Taylor and I am an experienced early literacy teacher. I am currently an online English teacher for children ages three years to 12 years old. I was a Team Leader for Jumpstart for Young Children for four years where I taught early literacy skills and phonics to preschool aged children. I have my Bachelor degree in English, and 21 units of Child Development. Finally, I am in graduate school at the University of Redlands to acquire my Masters in Learning and Teaching with my multiple subject credential. While I am in school I am offering private in person or virtual early literacy lessons. Essentially, I will teach and encourage your child to learn to read. Reading is one of the most challenging yet critical skills your child will learn. It is beneficial to have a caring and consistent teacher in during these formative learning years. (Can also help with all school work, but can provide intervention and skilled teaching skills to children struggling with reading.)
