Taylor was our full-time nanny for over a year, and I can't recommend her highly enough! She is conscientious, thoughtful, attentive, detail-oriented, organized, intelligent, professional, polite, compassionate, trustworthy, loyal, protective, patient, and the very definition of dependable. She is the most patient soul; I never once heard her lose patience with the kids-and my kids are darling and bright but can be very challenging. She is very capable and self-directed. Though I work from home, she never once needed or asked for my help or assistance even in dealing with the difficult situations of accidents, temper tantrums, attitudes, sibling fights, and big emotions. When the kids are cranky, hurt, or otherwise going through a difficult moment, she intuitively knows how to redirect or comfort them. She's great about planning activities and field trips for the kids. I've never had to worry about them when they're with her, and they just adore her. She's just a wonderful person!
