About Taylor

I have a little over 4 years of paid experience caring for pets. I've had cats and dogs my entire life but over the past 11 years I have volunteered at various animal shelters and provided paid pet care! I have experience caring for cats and dogs of all ages, medical conditions, special needs, and behavioral challenges. I'm especially patient/attentive with nervous or reactive animals. I'm experienced in administering medications and lovingly maintaining structured routines. Fostering has also given me valuable experience with socialization, basic training, post-surgery care, and working with pets recovering from trauma. Safety is my top priority. I carefully follow all instructions from the owner, including dietary needs, medications, walking preferences, and any behavioral considerations. I make sure the home environment is pet-proofed. I monitor pets closely for signs of distress, illness, or unusual behavior and will notify the owner immediately if anything of concern comes up.
