My name is Taylor and I have worked as an occupational therapy assistant for 3 years with seniors in skilled nursing facilities and have a total of 9 years experience caring for seniors with dementia. I am currently in graduate school receiving my Masters degree in Occupational Therapy so that I can continue to serve this population. I was lucky to also be able to volunteer with Hospice for the past year and provide companionship to those patients. I am comfortable and highly skilled with transfers and any self care such as bathing or toileting. I am also comfortable with providing transportation and would love to help your family member participate in any leisurely activities they may enjoy. I take pride in building lasting friendships with my patients and putting smiles on their faces.
