Taylor’s background and profile initially impressed us. However, our experience was less positive. Taylor first applied in March but never responded to our message asking about her comfort level working with a severely autistic, non-verbal teenager who requires full assistance, including hygiene care. When she reapplied months later, we reached out again. She apologized for the earlier lack of response and confirmed she was comfortable with high levels of behavioral support. Unfortunately, after we followed up with questions about availability, hours, and location, communication stopped again. In short, while Taylor appears qualified on paper, our experience raised concerns about follow-through and reliability.
