I moved to Rochester 3 years ago for my current Nanny family whom I adore but I'm back on Care.com to pick up occasional shifts and make new connections, as two of three are now teenagers and gaining more independence. I have been a full time nanny now for over 12 years and have stellar references and a plethora of experience. I worked as an infant care specialist for a reputable nanny agency and have experience with working with kids on the spectrum. I have found my yoga practice to be a pillar of wellness from which I am able to share tricks on how to self regulate, communicate effectively, set boundaries and PLAY in an age appropriate and invitational/trauma informed manner. Tayler was incredible with our two children! She watched them during the days while we had our vacation in Hawaii and they had such a fun time exploring the pool and surrounding area. She was like family and so communicative and friendly. Our son asks about her every week since returning home. She was also so willing to help our daughter with her unique needs and able to help them with meals and keeping them busy with activities. Next time we visit we will be sure to work with her again!
