About Tayler

I love working with kids because I enjoy being apart of the growing process and making an impact that helps children progress, as their personalities develop you continue to create an unbreakable bond, and it warms my heart knowing I will always be a safe space for them. I'm looking for a job that allows me to continue to advance my skills with children, there is always room to improve in all aspects of life, and I would greatly appreciate an opportunity to continue to create bonds with families. In my spare time, I like to continue to build my relationship with God, spend as much quality time with my family and friends, and being physically active to stay in shape. Some things to know, I strive to be graceful and patient, I love structure, I find it extremely important for children to establish a routine, I not only care about my relationship with the children but with the parents as well, being open and honest will create an environment the children can always feel safe in.
