My husband and I hired Tayla when our daughter was 7 months old and she was our nanny until our daughter started daycare at 18 months old. During that time, Tayla prepared bottles or food for our daughter, played with her (reading books, drawing, learning new words and the sounds different letters make, dancing, and other activities), put her down for naps, performed diaper changes, cleaned play areas, took our daughter on walks, and introduced potty training. We feel very lucky to have had Tayla to take care of our daughter. Tayla is reliable, always on time, and always has a smile and a positive attitude. She is also patient and kind, and our daughter had so much fun spending the day with her. When we first hired Tayla, our daughter had strong separation anxiety and spent a lot of time crying. Tayla handled this without any frustration and found distractions and games our daughter enjoyed. She clearly loves children and she and our daughter quickly developed a bond. My husband and I also regularly work from home and have enjoyed getting to know her and having her as part of our family. We'd highly recommend Tayla for any caretaking needs.
