Hello! My name is Tayashia and I am New to The Dallas/FW area!!! 
Working with kids is not only my passion, I like to think of it as something I've learned to master! I have 10 years of experience with working with children (4 of those which I worked as a early head start and preschool teacher, the other 6 as a nanny) I come with my own arts and crafts supplies and I also come with tender, love and care along with a side of structure. 
I cook and clean as well and if needed. I am also a pet lover. I am here to take the load off of parents. While they work, run errands or need a moment alone for self care reasons, I will care for and support the development of their little ones. I am here to be a peace of mind for families.

Tayashia was wonderful with our three kids! Our normally-shy son took to her right away and she was so gentle and loving with our newborn twins, while keeping them on schedule. She has creative ideas for activities and was such a pleasure to communicate with ahead of time. Would highly recommend her!

She came every Sunday from mid December to end of February! She was so good with my son he was sad when I no longer needed her help! She kept him busy and made sure he got the love and attention he needed! She also helped me with things like grocery shopping & laundry. She’s amazing! Book her!!!

My husband and I reached out to Tayashia for a very last minute in need of someone to care for our kids overnight. She was available and had no problem coming to help. She bathed all 3 of our children who are ages 6, 4 and 8 months. She cooked and made sure they ate and when we returned home the following morning our kids were out like lights and comfy. She was nice enough to clean up any messes they have made which we told her she didn’t have to do but she ensured us it’s no problem because it’s apart of her job. She was very prompt with texting back when we did our checkins overall she was amazing to have and we will definitely be using her services in the future.

Let me just start off by saying she was definitely the weekend helped my husband and I needed! She came every Saturday and Sunday in august as we needed help with our 2 children and our 3 bedroom, 2 bathroom house! She made sure the kiddos were busy while my husband and I worked some extra hours this month. The kids absolutely loved her, the activities she did with them were so simple yet they engaged and taught the kids things we didn't knew they needed to know, our kids clean up there own toys in their rooms and toy rooms as a result of Tayashia's care! She actually teaches the kids, not just watching them! She also bought her own materials which impressed my husband and I! Not to mention she kept the house nice and tidy while the kids napped! Washing dishes, doing laundry, disinfecting toys and anything else she seen that needed to be done! She was also good with our puppy! If  my husband and I decide to work weekends again, Tayashia will definitely be our go to person for help!

Reached out at the end of May, last minute for help with our wedding. We needed someone to come and care for our 4 children while we got ready for our wedding, she responded right away and fortunately was available for the weekend we needed.

My kids absolutely loved her! She was very helpful, her communication was amazing, she made sure to ask questions when needed. She bought a bag full of activities to keep them busy until it was time to get dressed! I had an issue with a stylist not showing up and she was kids enough to put the girls hairs in cute little buns for me! 

I would have hired her on as our full time nanny but she was with a family already during the week. I told her they were more than lucky to have her!

You want someone whose really going to treat your kids like they are their own? Asia is your go to girl!

Tried to interview two times. 1st time she canceled while we were waiting for her due to child being at Doctors. We decided to give it another shot. I confirmed our time to meet last night but today she stood us up with no message. I don't like to leave any negative reviews however I wanted other families to be aware of this as our children are precious.

Tayashia assisted me and my children from 2015-2019 as a in house nanny. She was wonderful with my children and very dependable and considerate! My husband and children moved out of state in 2019, which resulted in parting ways. Tayashia was a great asset to our home.

This sweet young lady, Tayashia provided care for my nephew from age 1 through 5, which is when he reached school age.  Beyond that, she would reach out to take him on adventures and mini-trips on her own time. She is not an "average" caregiver.  She is delightful!  She prepares healthy age-appropriate meals, often times involving the child so that it is both fun and educational.  Being attentive, responsible, caring, dependable and extremely fond of children, summarizes why she is a great child care provider.

It's hard leaving your child. But within one day, I can't imagine not having Tayashia in my daughters life. 
Tayashia comes with her own bag of activities. The kinds of things you wish you'd thought of or had time for. She also makes a plan for the day and leaves you with notes about what they did. My daughter knows all sorts of new words, letters, colors. All that to say, Tayashia is amazing. I'm so glad I found her!

Very professional nanny we hired her on for about 6 months after we had our quadruplets. My husband and I could not thank Ms. Asia enough. It was difficult to get all the babies on the same sleep schedule and then a schedule that allowed us to sleep at night. Ms. Asia came 3 weeks after their birth and I was able to take a breath and a deep sleep for the first time in what felt like forever. She practically taught them all how to sleep. She had this wonderful thing about routine and she would create a sleep ambiance for them identical every time. She played jazz which put them right to sleep surprisingly. One of my sons was very hard to take and the pure patience she displayed constantly was reassuring. I never heard her speak louder than a calm speaking voice. She CLEANED without us even asking which completely shocked me. Let's just say we agreed to pay her one amount and her work compelled us to significantly raise her pay. She is worth every cent.

This women was AMAZING. She knows how to be firm and loving simultaneously. She is a great teacher taught my 3 and 4 yr old to read. Trust in her and your household will flourish. I'm single and I promise she was heaven sent. She kept the house nice and tidy and was always packed with age appropriate activities that provided hidden learning experiences for them and they loved it. She prepares meals and even finds cooking and baking activities for the children to make themselves. I noticed she was teaching them to be more independent. Her spirit will calm your household and this is tried and true
