Hi there, my name is Tayana! I have over 10 years of experience caring for children of all ages. I began my journey working in a daycare with newborns and toddlers, followed by two wonderful years with a family of four children ranging from 6 months to 11 years old. Since then, I've continued nannying in both part-time and full-time roles. I truly love working with children at every stage and believe in honest, age-appropriate communication, lots of patience, and creating a fun, safe, and nurturing environment where kids can thrive.

Tayana has been one of the greatest blessings our family could ask for. Being a new parent is challenging enough on its own and looking for someone to care for our son was daunting. We didn’t know what we were looking for or what questions to ask. Tayana made us feel comfortable not knowing. She has a game plan - 1. Care and Compassion, 2. Educate, and 3. Challenge. She is sweet and loving but can be assertive when she needs to be. She is focused and knowledgeable about age appropriate milestones and pushed our son to grow independently. She has truly become a third parent and will be a close friend for years to come. We truly could not have asked for a better caretaker.
