About Tayah

Knowing I can make a positive difference in a child's life is what first drew me to childcare. For the past seven years, I've cared for children of all ages, from infants to energetic pre-teens, and it's something I truly love. Growing up in a big family with four younger siblings taught me endless ways to keep kids engaged, learning, and laughing. As an artist, I enjoy creating a fun, imaginative environment through painting, crafts, and storytelling. I love outdoor games and cozy board games alike, and while I understand the appeal of technology-based play, I like to keep screen time minimal, believing hands-on experiences best nurture a child's mind. I'm comfortable caring for up to three children, happy to help with housekeeping and meal prep, and always keep parents updated. I also am very comfortable with animals, as I have three Chow Chow-Husky mixes of my own.
