Taya is an exceptional caregiver, and I cannot recommend her highly enough. She has experience working in our church nursery, where she cared for children of various ages with patience and attentiveness. She also nannied for a wonderful family with five children ranging from six months to 11 years old. Managing multiple ages requires incredible organization, awareness, and energy — and Taya handled it beautifully. She is observant, nurturing, and truly engages with children rather than simply supervising them. She loves keeping kids busy with creative activities, outdoor play, and age-appropriate learning opportunities.
