About Tawny

Greetings, my name is Tawny :) I have cared for multiple families, ranging from one to five kids at a time. I was with one family for 5. 5 years nannying/caregiving for their son with Duchenne (DMD) until he was 14. I have experience with medical needs, daily hygiene of all sorts, administering medications, working with medical equipment, transfers, and a variety of physical therapies (including fun games). Wellness is my specialty and passion. With a background in yoga, breathwork, herbalism and sound healing, I love sharing practices with the kids that teach them how to support their nervous systems. I value limited screen time, hands on games/activities, being outdoors, going on adventures and sustainable living. With me your kid(s) can make art, play music, laugh, use their imaginations, learn to cook, play outside, learn about nature, and will have fun making many memories during this formative time of life.
