About Tavonya

Hey! My name is Tavonya and I'm currently a preschool teacher (ages 4-5). I've worked with children for 10 years in both professional and personal environments. I studied Early Childhood and received a Bachelors with a focus on Communication/Journalism. I've worked inside of the classroom for several years and continue to do so, specifically with the age group of 4 and 5-year-old. I've also had the opportunity to offer assistance as a nanny where I've worked with children from ages 1 to 7 years old. Within my positions I've created lessons plans, activities, and assisted families with light household tasks. I am CPR certified, I've had and continue to train and educate myself around childcare. I enjoy working with children and being of help for families in need.
