About Tavia

Hello, my name is Tavia. I am a caring and dependable mother of two wonderful children, ages 15 and 10. My youngest has multiple disabilities, which has given me firsthand experience, patience, and deep understanding when it comes to providing care, support, and encouragement for children with special needs. Along with my caregiving experience at home, I also work part-time as a certified chef at a Christian school. This role allows me to serve others, stay involved in my community, and bring healthy, nourishing meals to those I care for. In my free time, I support my own nonprofit, providing hot meals, clothing and hygiene products within low income communities. Families describe me as compassionate, reliable, and attentive. I believe in creating a safe, positive, and supportive environment where each person feels respected and valued. Caring for others is not only my responsibility but truly my passion.
